**Refund Policy (Event Cancellation Only)**

All sales are final. Refunds will be issued **only if the event is cancelled** by Cayman HBCU & Black Alumni Weekend. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund to your original payment method (or an equivalent refund method) within a reasonable processing time. No refunds will be provided for any other reason, including inability to attend, schedule changes, travel issues, or personal circumstances
