Terms & Conditions for Sales

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases and payments made to **Cayman HBCU & Black Alumni Weekend** (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website, checkout, payment links, and invoices (the “Services”). By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1) Orders & Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method, and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount shown, including applicable taxes and fees.
2) Pricing, Currency & Taxes
All prices are shown in **KYD** unless stated otherwise. Taxes, processing fees, or other charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout or on the invoice.
3) Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not control their systems and are not responsible for processor outages, declines, or delays. You agree to comply with any applicable processor terms required to complete your payment.
4) Delivery / Access
If your purchase includes event access, tickets, registrations, digital items, or services, delivery may be via email confirmation, member access, or other electronic means. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
5) Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. **Refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled by us. ** No refunds will be provided for any other reason, including inability to attend, schedule conflicts, travel issues, or personal circumstances.
6) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in cancellation of access/registration and may require you to reimburse us for dispute-related costs were permitted by law.
7) Fraud Prevention
We may delay, cancel, or refuse a transaction if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms. We may request additional information to verify identity or payment authorization.
8) Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes and not to attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or security measures.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from payment processing, processor errors, or delays. Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for that transaction.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
